Simple but good

Liked: Bed was super comfortable, not the cleanest but it was off season and I think they were doing things to upgrade that. Overall a pleasant stay especially for the price.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner, the shower didn't work very well and the hot/cold water would come on really sporadically.

Amazing value!

Liked: Amazing location on the lake front and close to Main st, restaurants, shops, cafes, etcQuiet, clean, fridge, can't beat the value!
Disliked: It's just a bit dated (but seems well-kept).The heater heated the room way too much, even when I set the temperature to 61, which was the lowest possible.

We go through Penticton 2...

Liked: Receptionist helped us with a more accessible ground floor room instead of the one booked on the 2nd floor for the same price. This was our 3 rd time at the motel and we have always found it convenient and good value. It is a good location for the access to the park and lake, but was too late and cold by the time we arrived to enjoy it. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and easily accessed from the car. It had enough hangers and towels
Disliked: There was no fan in the bathroom, or night light - so we left the door open and lights on at night.

Disliked: Very noisy heater
