Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Housekeeping is worse I’ve ever seen. Hotel room is always not clean. Matress is damaged and you can’t sleep well. Towels are too small and not worth this money.

Downtown gem!

Liked: I liked the location in Brickell, I liked the kindness of the staff at the reception, the doormen, the staff at the pool bar, the cleaning ladies. The room was upgraded for small amount and it was amazing. Thank you for the late check out. Also its great you can go to SLS beach hotel and use the sunbeds and towels overthere.See you soon for sure.

Liked: room size is goodthe location was great and the amenities(pool and gym were good)so easy to walk everywhere around Brickell and the beach was not too far
Disliked: couldn't get early check inno storage or counter space in bathroom, no where to hang towelsno laundry detergent in roomshower was difficult to operatetoilet was slow and stopped up oncecleaning service was spotty, twice had to request a clean after all day being gone
