Disliked: Beware of Scam Charges – Dishonest PracticesI had a terrible experience with the SLS Hotel in Brickell and want to warn others. My girlfriend used a towel that had makeup on it—just water-based makeup that always washes out. When we checked out, there was no mention of any issue. Then, without any explanation or confirmation, they hit us with a $400 charge for “damaged” towels and bathrobe.When we questioned it, they gave no real justification for why they deemed the towel “damaged.” It was clear they were running a scam to squeeze extra money from guests. This kind of shady, dishonest business practice is completely unacceptable.If you stay here, check your bill carefully and be prepared to fight baseless charges. I’ll never stay here again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Liked: It’s really nice and very clean. It’s a great value for the price. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in miami but costs less than the other good ones. I would recommend to anyone.
