Disliked: Charging 35$ extra daily as minimum for your expenses and if not used it is gone,Reception was not as my expectations whether by phone or on site,Breakfast was delicious and good but the area was with too much noise whether dishes noise or people talking and laughing, I wanted a quite morning with good breakfastCheckout is at 11 ! (I don’t like hotels whom I should checkout at 11:00 AM) I requested late checkout they told me you have to call the same day in the morning, I called them from the hotel and after discussing with them they accepted that I leave the hotel at 12:00 pm (one hour more) I asked them I can pay for late checkout till 6 pm but they asked for extra night charge, otherwise I can pay 150$ for late checkout at 16:00 / 4:00 pmTo summarize I wish that booking.com make it clear what time is checkin (3 pm usually) and what time is checkout 12:00 pm usually, but since some hotels want the checkout at 11 AM it is necessary that we know in advance and clearly, not written elsewhere Also other small things I did not like, but small things accumulate and made big discomfort for me
