Great location and sauna.

Liked: Amazing sauna available all day for private hire and 3 hours public free. Good kitchen and social space facilities.
Disliked: No individual light and a group of us arrived really late, would have been practical to put us all in the same room.

Very good

Liked: We stay here whenever we're dropping into Gothenburg, we've used both the hotel and the hostel, and it's just perfectly placed. It's neat, it's in a wonderful area, you can take the tram everywhere else.
Disliked: House 2 is a bit run down and one of the showers needs an upgrade.

Insects in Toilet

Liked: The only thing that was good is the location and staff.
Disliked: Their were insect running around in the bathroom disgusting never stayed in a place like that, not worth a penny.

Great social hostel! Fun programs

Liked: The room was a good size for two people. There were outlets and lights by each of the beds which was great. The whole place was super clean and I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. The hostel is super close to a bus stop and a pretty good place in town. The staff was incredibly kind! I went on a bar crawl with a wonderful Finnish staff member (so sorry I forgot her name!). She was SO kind and made sure we were all safe, definitely the highlight of our hostel stay :)
Disliked: My room was in the second building which was a little confusing to get to. Once we figured it out all was well.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location near the park. Close to trams. The staff was wonderful and the hostel puts on events. I haven't seen that in a long time and reminded me what hostels used to be like 10 years ago. Bathrooms were always clean and available.
Disliked: You have to make the bed and clean your room before checking out.
