Recommend the hotel walking distance to the venue; every member of staff so friendly; kept our luggage. Wonderful stay - will definitely return.

Disliked: Furnishings a little tired. Expensive - but that’s true of all central London hotels. Bar closed early so no chance of a drink after a performance at Cadogan Hall. Pub next door benefited.

Liked: Perfect location for Cadogan hall. Sloane Square, 2min walk from the underground.. staff very attentive, very welcoming…
Disliked: My room had amazing views over Sloane Square, but had a very offensive smell… so had to spray my perfume around and keep the toilet door shut as seemed to be coming from there… ( not sure if was just my room) couldn’t smell it in the hotel.. you did get used to the smell but coming back into the room it hit you again.. shame as was a beautiful room.

Perfect location

Liked: Location, Location close from the tube & in the heart of the square near beautiful boutiques, restaurants & Kingston Road shops
Disliked: Very small room, the smallest we’ve stayed in ever, which is a statement, although it was okay for just the 1night, we would stay here again for the great location just would be sure to book a more spacious room. This was a November stay & the room was chilly
