Disliked: Size of bedroom a little small

Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Broken items in room - cup handle falling off, hair dryer not working, pillows exceptionally lumpy, room not ready on arrival and one hour later so left with no access until 16.30hrs.

A cosy stay

Will be a great hotel...

Liked: Locations great, and the staff.
Disliked: Not sure if the hotel lets you know that if you’re in the back end of the building you are over a building site, maybe that should be more descriptive when you choose a room. Ie this room will be subject to noise during the day.
