Liked: The hotel is very bright and welcoming, rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and food in the bar was nice. The leisure centre is also very good, with a lovely pool and jacuzzi. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Location may not suit everyone, as it is a little outside of town, but a bus service is available.

Liked: Pool was great, food in the bar was excellent and so was the staff. The shower was lovely I like being able to walk in to the shower. Breakfast was great good variety.
Disliked: When I get a king size bed I expect a king size bed not 2 single beds attached. The duvet was too light for this time of the year and I was cold during the night. When I go for breakfast I like to choose my seat not get in to a row with staff. I don't see the problem sitting where I prepare. The locks in the pool dressing room were not working. A simpler lock would be more user friendly. The sofas in the lounge could do with a clean or change them full of food stains.
