room was fine and comfortable...

Liked: kosher facility close to home
Disliked: asked 4 times about pool availability and was assured it was open and available (even same day as stay). When we arrived was told it was out of order!!! VERY disappointing

I enjoyed my stay -...

Liked: The place is big and has potential. If not for the horrible service at the front desk, i would rate it higher. I hope to go back and see more professional check-in experience
Disliked: at check-in, I was told to pay an extra $300 in addition to what it said online that I would be charged. and the man checking me in was very unprofessional.

Liked: the service of hospitality,the window view &lobby.how quite & how the receptionist were very polite.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off disturbing us and we never got an apology & don't like how they don't accept cash.

Would stay again worth the...

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: They had events going on kids running up and downtown the hallways. One child knocked on our door and then ran away. When you took a shower the tub would fill up drain was not working well.
