Very good

Good but disappointing...

Liked: Excellent breakfast! Enough to start the morning...
Disliked: Even I had a reservation for a room with a king bed, I ended in a room with a double bed. They said that my third party company (BOOKING.COM make the mistake offering me a room they did not had available. Only choice they offered to me were take the room with two bed or go and try to find a new place!!!

Liked: We enjoyed the view of the garden
Disliked: Coffee machine in the room didn’t have any K cups to make coffee with. Ended up with coffee grounds in the coffee cup.

Liked: Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful, also I found the bed really comfortable!
Disliked: The water wasn't working when we arrived. It was fixed, but later that night my parents had issues in their room where the water was backing up in their sink when the room next to them used the water. Gross. We were also having issues getting our toilet to flush well. Included breakfast would be nice, for what's offered. It's $20.

Exceptional

Liked: It was an up scale hotel. I was very impressed.
Disliked: The door key was not working properly but a friendly worker came and helped right away.

It wasn’t the worst. But...

Liked: It was pretty big and well lit.
Disliked: The room was freezing. The heat didn’t come on. The water in the shower and sink were both cold.

Inconvenient and frustrating

Disliked: Water pipe broke while we were there so we lost all water - no bathrooms or showers. They only offered a 10% discount. We had to cancel our plans and find another hotel at the last minute at 8 am so we could shower and get ready for the day. While I understand it was an emergency, we didn’t get the basic services we paid for. The staff was at first nice about it and understood but then when we asked about getting a refund they said the best they could do was 10% and seemed very put out by even offering that! Should have just joined the email list then I could have gotten at least 15% off! Ridiculous!

Awful from start to finish.

Liked: There was really nothing to like about this place, unfortunately.
Disliked: We were not informed there was a huge, all night event happening during both nights of our stay. The event was loud and went into the wee hours of the morning. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere since we value rest. The water cut out while we were trying to get ready after our first night, and only half of our party could shower. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful when we reported that the water went out. Additionally, the room was visibly dirty. My kids' feet were black from walking around the room barefoot. The beds were full of crumbs between every layer of sheets. The room smelled of mildew, and the furniture in the lobby was visibly dirty. We initially booked this place because of the pool, and it was shut down during our visit. We did not receive any perks, discounts, comp food or drink or anything for the many inconveniences we experienced during our stay. I would definitely categorize this place in the "dump" category and suggest finding a different location for your stay.
