Liked: the service of hospitality,the window view &lobby.how quite & how the receptionist were very polite.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off disturbing us and we never got an apology & don't like how they don't accept cash.

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: They had events going on kids running up and downtown the hallways. One child knocked on our door and then ran away. When you took a shower the tub would fill up drain was not working well.

Disliked: Heat didn't work well in our room

Liked: The registration clerk finally agreed that all five of our credit cards were accepted by the credit card machine and that the rejection was by the hotel's equipment. He had to check with his tech people who blamed the problem on Booking.com. It was nice to have an in-house restaurant for breakfast but it was not included in the cost.
Disliked: It is a huge hotel and it was a long walk to the room from the lobby. It is difficult for handicaps.
