Not worth the high premium

Liked: Greeted by paper and rubbish at the entrance and overflowing smelly bins across the site only cleaned after we complained. Room was not serviced as paid for and advertised on website, the door chain was held together by a piece of old wire. The owner was extremely difficult until we insisted on it being sorted, we moved to another room which took a while as the key did not work. The fridge needed a good clean. In both rooms there was a coffee machine and supplied but no cups !Such potential and great location if only they clean it up !!

Liked: It was nice and cozy. I loved the area close to river.
Disliked: It was all good but the parking was a bit tight. It's OK tho.

Horrible.

Liked: Walking distance to store, lake, and restaurants.
Disliked: There were old leftover Christmas decorations. The sheet on the hide-a-bed couch was disgusting. Hair left in the bathroom. Torn furniture. The unit needed repairs and maintenance was there working while we were trying to relax. The front desk guy and maintence man were gossiping about the owner of the property. There was some creep in his car in the bowling alley parking lot next door that we could see from the balcony doing something disturbing with his laptop. We asked for a refund, they said they can only refund half even though we had only been there a couple hours. They did not offer us another unit. I would never go back to this place again or recommend it to anyone.
