Liked: Honestly, it was amazing! I was stressed about my interview, which was the initial reason I came to Dundee, but the staff were lovely. We managed to check in earlier, as our bus arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was accommodating and patient I had so much anxiety, I would constantly ask questions, which they answered and accommodated efficiently. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, right next to the train station which was very helpful as my friend needed to catch the train the day after I left and it was a few minutes walk from the city centre, so it was very convenient. All I could say was that the staff and service were excellent. They even allowed my friend to stay in the same room as she booked an extra day after I left which was very convenient.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn't much I just wish there was a water fountain on the floor at the end of the corridor as I tend to get thirsty at night. Although we were able to go downstairs to fill it at the bar it was a little awkward as I was in pyjamas and my hair rollers and slippers also the bar closes at 11:30 pm so it would have been nice to have a water cooler or fountain close by. But honestly, it's not the end of the world. :)
