Liked: The location is bang on for exploring the city centre. Pretty much next door to the train station for a quick exit. The facilities were clean/modern and staff were friendly.

Liked: Grossly over priced for the facilities.
Disliked: Room cramped. Pillows awful. Aircon not working. Sink so close to toilet no one over 6ft could use it sitting.
