Liked: Location, just as you walk out of the train station it was right there
Disliked: Our only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge to keep cold drinks and the bathroom door doesn’t seal as it has a gap around it so everyone in the room hears everything that is happening in the bathroom unfortunately

One night in Cardiff

Liked: Front of house...excellent. very considerate particularly one person.
Disliked: Being put in an accessible room as requested but the double bed was up against the side wall. However we were granted a better room on request.

A great overnight stay for...

Liked: Stayed for the rugby. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to leave our main bags behind while we were out at the rugby game and we collected them afterwards without issue. Made use of the kettle, teabags and milk in the room. The location was great for collecting our bags and getting the train back to London and near the stadium as well.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
