Liked: Night staff was amazing. She was very sweet and talkative. Hotel was very clean in appearance. Breakfast was meh could have been better but no real complaints there.
Disliked: Our room smelled horrible of mold. As soon as you opened our door you got it with it. Almost like walking into a brick wall. Over the door exiting the room you could tell mold had been painted over and it was seeping through again. Manger didn’t care blamed it on the humidity which is an absolute lie. Biggest regret was not taking pictures. All our allergies are acting up horribly after staying in that room.Should have asked for a refund that night and went next door to the La Quinta. Definitely will not be back. Should be looked into by upper management and possible health department. Mold is highly toxic and shouldn’t be blamed on humidity when the rest of the hotel and other guest said their rooms didn’t smell of mold/must. Pillows are tiny little squares that have been over slept on. Bed is average not horrible.
