Clean place n great staff

Liked: I thought this was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed inThe staff was stellar in customer service
Disliked: Milk!!! I went to eat early n they had no milk?That I feel is important for breakfast

Except for it not being...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Clifford (night staff) is a very professional and friendly young man, keep him on staff. He is an asset to your establishment.
Disliked: The room was supposed to be handicap accessible. There was a grab bar outside the shower, but not one in the shower, and no grab bar by the toilet. My wife and I are not "disabled" but our health is such that those amenities are certainly appreciated, and when we reserve a room advertised as such we do expect it.....

Liked: Comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was 100, protein options are very appreciated!
Disliked: Someone in a room near us was smoking. It filtered into our room. Staff addressed as they best could. It is a non-smoking hotel. Guests are supposed to smoke outdoors.
