Liked: Easy to find. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Very quiet and enjoyable.
Disliked: I had a handicap accessible room. However, it was on the 3rd floor. I really would have preferred being on the main floor.

Liked: The location worked for us because Jacksonville IL is not far from where my parents live on the western outskirts of Springfield IL. Jacksonville is a charming town of 19000 with nice parks, fun restaurants and an historic town square. This a a great pet friendly location with adequate green space for walks. The facilities were amazingly clean, and as some one who is odor sensitive, the room and entire facility smelled fresh and clean with not a whiff of cover up spray. Beds were comfortable. We had a dark side of the building room, so sleep was great. Breakfast was good, with several options, and breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. Management and staff were present, friendly, and on top of everything!
Disliked: Not a thing.
