Disliked: Firstly, the elevator was not functioning, which posed a significant inconvenience, particularly for a guest who was unable to take an upper-floor room. I contacted the receptionist to inquire about an available room on the ground floor, but I was informed that only rooms on the second floor were available. However, upon the guest’s arrival, it was confirmed that a ground-floor room was, in fact, available. This miscommunication caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.Additionally, during breakfast service, the guest was informed that eggs and sausage were not available, as they are only served on weekends. This was unexpected and disappointing, as eggs are generally a standard breakfast option.

Liked: It was in a central location.
Disliked: That they didn’t call after booking to let us know the elevator wasn’t working. They sent a message through the app but not everyone has on notifications and im driving from out of town so of course I seen it to late so I couldn’t cancel the room without charge. I’m high risk pregnancy so having to walk upstairs wasn’t the best. Also there we people in wheelchairs & elderly people needing help going upstairs. Yall should’ve called people that booked instead of sending a message through the app.

Liked: The breakfast was very standard, waffle maker with oranges and boiled eggs and muffin. I chose not to partake. The rooms were clean the housekeeping was amazing.
Disliked: It smells like MILDEW terribly. The smell was on EVERY floor. The elevator broke mid stay, there was no offer to help with bags or anything considering we were placed on the 4th floor. There was never anyone at the front desk. Until you were at the marketplace. Thats only time someone would help you.
