Disliked: Could not get refund because I accidentally double booked

Liked: Cleanliness & Quiett. Beds were exceptional.
Disliked: Could have had better lighting g around the mirrors for makeup application.

Disliked: The seven o'clock breakfast began too late to eat since we had to leave earlier than seven. We could not check in at 3 pm since the room was not ready. The pool was not available.

Liked: Rooms were very nice. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Just that the pool wasn't open

Disliked: No hot water in the morning First room they gave me was not cleaned at 4 pm when I checked in and had to go back to desk and get a new room that was not equivalent to the one I paid for.

Liked: This was our second stay. We had such a good experience the first time. It was no longer clean from the foyer up. Maintenance outside, foyer, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, all in need of cleaning. Staff were untidy looking.
Disliked: Property is not being maintained well. No hot breakfast, even on weekdays, even including the waffle batter not being refilled, even upon inquiry with reception staff. Water cooler bottle not replaced. Very disappointed.
