Terrible Stay

Liked: The comfortable bed.
Disliked: Cleaness was bad. Employees were POOR. The person who checked us in would not get off the phone to check us in. She continued to talk while checking us in. The bathroom was nasty. The fridge did not work. They refused to replace,. In the middle of the first night someone was in the hallway screaming and yelling. Also a lady crying. Sunday morning the cleaners were in the hall yelling back and forth to each other for proably 10 minutes around 7am. When we tried to check out on Monday morning. A different clerk was on the phone talking to someone they knew and refused to get off the phone. POOR POOR Management
