Liked: It was just ok
Disliked: We had a heard of elephants running across the floor of the room above us for the last 2 days and nights until we checked out. We were in town to bury my mom and had no rest on the last 2 days we wanted to try to sleep in before visiting family later during the days. The hotel staff stated they asked the family on numerous occasions during our stay to calm down the noise and the request officially didn’t work.

Liked: Very good location, very clean in the room. Cozy and comfortable. Bed was soft and pillows abound. Very happy with the room itself.
Disliked: The hotel had a bit of a dingy feel in the lobby, elevator, and hallways. Carpet was the main contributor in the elevator as it was disgusting. Staff were very friendly, if only you could find them. Arrived late at night, exhausted and had to stand at front desk for 20 minutes while attendant was in restroom. That theme was recurring for the entire visit. There was never anyone at the front desk. Always had to ring a bells and stand there and wait for someone to come. Also had 5 room keys fail on me and each time required an extra trip to go stand and wait at the front desk. Let’s just say I became very familiar with the lobby during my stay.
