I wasn’t expecting anything fancy...

Disliked: The room was not clean. There was a stain on the comforter under the decorative sheet on top. There were boogers on the wall by the bed, dirty stains on the curtains, old spaghetti noodle under the desk, food on the wall by the bathroom trash. It looks like cleaners only vacuumed some of the carpeted areas and near the wall, under desk. Scuff marks on the walls, scalp oil from people leaning against the headboards The shower water only was warm, never got hot. The place looked updated, but poorly maintained and worn. The hall carpet was dirty. The staff were friendly, but often sitting in the breakfast area.

Other than that we enjoyed...

Liked: It was clean, location was convenient.
Disliked: They charged our card twice, and we haven’t gotten that resolved as of this writing.

OUR STAY WAS GOOD.

Liked: THE BREAKFAST WAS OK, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.THE BED AND ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE , BUT THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE.
Disliked: THE BATHROOM DOOR.

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfortable
Disliked: Sink basin was badly cracked. Shower floor had been poorly patched, sealant was black and moldy. Room should not have been rented based on that alone. Room was scented with a very strong smelling air freshener, strong enough to penetrate our clothes.

Disliked: Work trucks parked along the road. I thought I was getting a handicap room and it was not. The air conditioner was very loud and the toilet made flushing sounds throughout the night. The bed was not very comfortable and it squeaked with any sort of movement

Liked: Sheets / comforter were super soft and kept us (individually) at perfect warmth / cool.
Disliked: At check-out reception, couldn't provide me with a receipt since we booked thru 3rd party?

Not worth the price

Liked: Clean. Lobby had just been mopped when I checked in and again when checking out
Disliked: Rate was a more than expected and the room was just ok. Beds creaked at every movement. Bathroom was a tiny closet with a pocket door.
