Room rate was too high...

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfortable
Disliked: Sink basin was badly cracked. Shower floor had been poorly patched, sealant was black and moldy. Room should not have been rented based on that alone. Room was scented with a very strong smelling air freshener, strong enough to penetrate our clothes.

Disliked: Work trucks parked along the road. I thought I was getting a handicap room and it was not. The air conditioner was very loud and the toilet made flushing sounds throughout the night. The bed was not very comfortable and it squeaked with any sort of movement

Liked: Sheets / comforter were super soft and kept us (individually) at perfect warmth / cool.
Disliked: At check-out reception, couldn't provide me with a receipt since we booked thru 3rd party?

Not worth the price

Liked: Clean. Lobby had just been mopped when I checked in and again when checking out
Disliked: Rate was a more than expected and the room was just ok. Beds creaked at every movement. Bathroom was a tiny closet with a pocket door.

Liked: Joey at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The coffee was pretty good.
Disliked: We drove 6 hours to tour ETSU, and it was late before we got in our room. I believe it was around 10 or 11 pm when all this took place. If I had known the condition of the room earlier, I would have left to stay somewhere else. Our first room was a king and really grimey and dusty. There were crusty things on the walls in the bathroom and beside the bed. It was just gross. I went and bought my own cleaning stuff to make the room suitable for myself and my 17 year old daughter. The shower knob was broken and wouldn't turn the shower on. I feel like the hotel would have known if the cleaning crew actually cleaned the showers. I went to the front desk, and Joey had us in a new room within 5 minutes. Our second room was a handicap accessible queen. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. Orange stains all over the comforter. The room was nasty and dusty. There was a lot of pubic and body hair in the shower, tub, and sink. The toilet seat didn't look clean at all. I once again had to clean the room to make it suitable to sleep. Overall, this is one of the nastiest hotels I've stayed at.
