Beds were comfortable but the...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the temperature control of the room was good.
Disliked: The front desk staff were not friendly at all! The rooms were clean for the most part but could be improved.

Disliked: Staff was rude and demanding. Upon check-in, $100 CASH deposit was demanded before my reservation would be honored...no explanation. I do not carry cash when I travel. CASH DEPOSIT was not required during my stay in November of 2024. I left. I was blindsided. No indication through booking.com, the Property listing, or subsequent communication from either. Requirements were significantly misrepresented.
