A fantastic family trip to Ronks, PAWe saw all the train museums and mini golf in the area.

Liked: The hotel is phenomenal. From the moment we checked in to the time we left everything was superb. The room was properly maintained. The included breakfast meant we could start the day in a great way. Great selection of foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each day. Our trip to Ronks, PA was a wonderful family trip. I did mention to the front staff how happy we were with the service.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was fantastic.

It needs to be cleaner. When we arrived their was an open and used soap in the shower. The a/c unit was falling off.

The manager made us feel like we didnt matter, it was all about money.

Disliked: We returned to our room around 5:30 -6 pm and found the door blocked open and all of our belongings, including recent purchases , medications and my sleep apnea machine free for anyone to take or tamper with. We immediately contacted the front desk and were told they have cameras, my question is if you have cameras why didnt they notice the opened door? My Wife spoke with the manager the next morning, he said the same camera story and that we need to contact booking because thats who we paid, apparently Booking keeps the money? He refused any help and ignored us as we left. I stayed out of the conversation because I didnt want it to turn into a confrontation. I am asking for at least a 1 night reimbursement do to not knowing if anything was tampered with as well as the marijuana smoke entering our room from the next room, we are guessing that room is used as a break room for employees do to the door being opened also. We signed a no smoking policy and to be subjected to the smell and my allergies to smoke it made for an unpleasant experience.

Never got to stay terrible customer service

Liked: We didnt get to stay. I booked a 2 room queen accessible with roll in shower as my mom is handicapped I even made sure it was a roll in shower. When I got there they gave me a room with a bathtub then said they only had one accessible room and it had a king bed for 3 people my husband myself and my mother. They were not willing to make any other accommodations for us other than offering a cot in the king room for the same price. They claim the pictures I saw online were not theirs and that it was a problem with booking.com since I didnt go through them. I have planned for this trip for months and they totally ruined the experience for us I had to scramble last minute to find accommodations. I am not sure if I will ever book through this site again I dont have confidence in the reservations we will receive
