Liked: Mostly clean
Disliked: Staff was unfriendly and off them was right down rude! Asked front desk lady to bring some extra towels and make up the room. The front desk lady didn’t write down my request. Upon return we had some new towels but they had done nothing. Breakfast was locked and put away on Friday at 9:03. She refused to unlock it even though I was walking up to get a drink from the fridge and she stepped in front of me. Another person asked if she could unlock it and she refused and told them that her manager would not allow her to unlock it. Breakfast was not the best continental breakfast. Nothing was hot you had to heat it all up. The breakfast sandwiches weren’t too bad overall but there was just prepackaged heat your own. The workout room in the pictures looks nice but some of the equipment did not even work and there was only a few pieces of equipment. Way overpriced for the service we received.

Disliked: We had no coffee one morning. The swimming pool and hot tub were not available. We asked for maid service one day and they forgot.

Less than wonderful....

Liked: It was fair. More variety would be better.. Choices were biscuits/gravy or cereal.
Disliked: We stay here often to visit family. Main point is to have fun in pool.. get here and pool NOT AVAILABLE... WHAT ???SHould have told me before I booked a room... very unhappy about that. plus water bottles available in room refrigerator... nope not this time. I inquired at desk and was told no water anymore. WHAT??? needless to say I was very very disappointed. For the price we paid i feel we didn't receive adequate service... May sadly have to look for another location when we come again in November... Boo Hiss...
