I liked the hotel but would not come back because of the unfriendliness of the staff.

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed my room. Hotel was in a great area right off the interstate.
Disliked: Front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She was on a personal call when I came in to the hotel and did not get off the phone. I stood there waiting for her to finish her call. I was just disappointed in the staff - they did not make me feel welcome.

Great location! The hotel needs...

Liked: The hotel was decently priced. It’s not too far away from University of Alabama.
Disliked: The hotel needs some major upgrades and cleanliness. In our room above the AC unit there was mold growing on the ceiling. When it was raining the ceiling leaked into the toilet. Also the toilet is not bolted down. The shower curtain had a blood stain on it. Also the floor was sticky.

Disliked: Security door latch was broken, main lock worked. One Pillow had tiny old stain, thinking mascara because of color. Sheet also had a tiny old stain and were put on inside out.

Disliked: The TV went totally out early in the evening, and the front desk staff was not interested or helpful. Ir made for a long and boring evening. The breakfast selection was sparse.
