I liked the hotel but would not come back because of the unfriendliness of the staff.

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed my room. Hotel was in a great area right off the interstate.
Disliked: Front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She was on a personal call when I came in to the hotel and did not get off the phone. I stood there waiting for her to finish her call. I was just disappointed in the staff - they did not make me feel welcome.

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Comfortable room and it smelled good. The staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we were to ever go back to Tuscaloosa.

Ok room but No Elevator!

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: NO ELEVATOR!!! The area of town wasn't the best, but for the value of the hotel it was ok. If you have large luggage and it's heavy, be ready to have two people pull it up 2 flights of stairs if you get put on the 2nd floor. My small carry on was ok, but my wife's checked bag was full and heavy and it was very tough getting it up the stairs. Not sure why this hotel doesn't have a elevator.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were friendly. The room was partially renovated, but the carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms was old and appeared dirty. The bedding was a little dirty. Looked like someone put their shoes on the bed and it left a spot.
Disliked: The room had coffee supplies, but no way to make coffee in the room.

Our stay was pleasant.

Liked: Clean, friendly and good location.
Disliked: Raised the price for game weekend
