Disliked: Cold not under the desk person needs to learn our language better hard to understand

Good price for the location.

Liked: Good value for the money. Comfortable room.
Disliked: Breakfast was only ok. Shower had no shelf for soap/shampoo. Upon check-in, the desk attendant mentioned that there would be a “$6 hotel service fee”. I asked why, and he stated it was because I booked through Booking.com. I told him I didn’t want to pay for that. He removed it from my bill after trying to get me to pay it again.

Liked: Nice clean rooms and friendly staff plus the hotel was in a quiet location yet convenient to a lot of stuff.

Liked: The pool had peeling paint on the floor and had a technical issue that night with the pools lights so my kids couldn’t swim on Christmas night which was the main reason of our stay !
Disliked: The room tub was dirty and black mold
