Very pleasantly surprised but need...

Liked: I opted for price over comfort for this visit as we were going to be staying only one night and arriving late and leaving early. We were pleasantly surprised - big bed, fluffy towels, good shower, very clean, good breakfast including boiled eggs and fruit. Lovely friendly lady on the front desk. Popcorn and cookies available on arrival
Disliked: Shame to see individual toiletries and plastic cutlery with every spoon and knife individually wrapped in plastic

Liked: Location was good,breakfast was a good variety. Fruit was aged.
Disliked: I asked for a king with sitting couch. I asked for first floor. They don't have those on the first floor. But they charged me for that room. Gave me a plain king, cheaper room. No money back. And tile was missing in the bathroom.view, drainage pond, which hadn't been mowed.
