Liked: I arrived around 6:30 and was given a room key. Room had not been cleaned and cleaner had a finish another room before mine. Went and waited outdoors for an hour plus. Returned and wax told room ready The room was filthy. The only cleaning dies was to change bedding. Urine all over toilet and sink full of hair. Floors had not been vacuumed in some time

Liked: Close and easy to get to after hospital procedure
Disliked: Room smelled of animals. Arrived after4 and our room that was told to us would be on the 1st floor was up stairs and was not ready for check in. Was convinced to up grade to suite on 1st floor because it was one of the only rooms clean ( we had to pay more for this room) that smelled of animals and we had to cover the peep holes in the door because they where in backwards and anyone in the hall way could see into your room. I told the staff and nothing was done. The shower flooded the room and after midnight someone arguing the vending room next to our room woke us up and the ice machine kept pouring ice until it was a pile about a foot deep.

Disliked: The first room was dirty. We had to go back down and request another room.
