Fabulous!! Will be back!!
Liked: Everyone & Everything was great. The Managers were wonderful!! They made our Christmas Eve & Christmas Day so memorable. The Christmas trees were beautiful!! Food was delicious.
Disliked: When we had to leave to go home.

Back and hip pain, due...
Liked: That Walgreens was across the street.
Disliked: The mattress had a little soft cushion on top that you could literally FEEL the boards through. It was an AWFUL experience. I called the front desk to let the clerk know I had literally taken the pillows off of one bed to TRY to sleep on them because the mattress was uncomfortable. She laughed, when I asked her if the manager was a good listener, because the problem was serious. I didn’t get a wink of sleep and when the sun came up, I was out. The bagels had mold on them and the entire bun smelled like mildew. The “finance manager” gaslit me, but did not refund me, knowing I had 6 hours to drive home on no sleep. And have total racist vibes. If you’re a person of color, you get talked down to. I have three college degrees, two masters, yet we’re still dealing with this in 2024. Ultimately, I had to call Choice Hotels and they immediately set up a complaint and ordered a refund, based on my experience. It’s interesting, because I stayed at a hotel for less, just before this one, and the mattress was stellar. The finance manager said the General Manager was going to call me back at 10:00 am, then at 2 pm, but he never called. This is how customers are treated. Never again.

Bad Management
Disliked: The Manager Double Charged my card and everytime I I brought it to his attention he kept giving me the run-around. At first he was saying my money was going to be back in my account by the end of the day and it never showed up. Very unprofessional. He also kept saying it was showing on their end that a payment wasn't taken out and I had proof in my debit account that a payment was taken out. I do not like being double charged and not being able to get my money back.
