Disliked: Breakfast was terrible....cold eggs, soggy bacon, no butter, we just left and got whataburger breakfast The hotel rooms ac kept shutting off....all night!! I woke up 3x bc the ac would shut off and it was loud when it cut off and would be hot

Liked: Beautiful property, lovely location, beautifully landscaped even this late in the fall. Lobby was beautiful , nicely appointed. Rooms were very clean beds comfortable, air conditioning worked, smelled very nice. Bath was clean nice guest toiletry. I give it a 10. Breakfast was good several selections. Will stay again if in Tyler.

Disliked: Most importantly, the room was not clean. There was something of a reddish hue, smeared on the wall near the bed. It was a large smear. We hoped it was not blood, and stayed away from that wall. We didn't want to change rooms, since we had so much luggage, etc. that we had brought to the room. When I reported it when we checked out (so they could make sure it was properly cleaned) the attendant at the desk had no response! The breakfast was disappointing. First day, the sausage had obviously been reheated multiple times. It was very tough. The gravy was not warm & seemed to be leftover, as well. The scrambled eggs were very watery.

Liked: Breakfast was great. This is a very nice hotel and the staff were all very friendly
Disliked: The carpet in the hallway was a little worn and dirty but that is about the only negative I have
