Disliked: They cancelled my booking right after we drove to Tampa. Said tried to call but our checking said after 3 pm. Cause a major inconvenience . Wouldn’t book again.

Very Very disappointing

Disliked: There was a person staying in the room across from me that continually had their dogs barking. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked 3 staff members for help and none of them spoke English. How can your staff help if they don't even speak English. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times but I will never stay there again

Liked: What a pleasant place! The reception was fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the noise was minimal. Would stay again.
