Liked: Staff are courteous and friendly. Bathroom should be refurbished. Room clean..bed comfortable. Good value. Would stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast. Eggs were cold .

Liked: Easy to find, close to restaurants and all travel needs, decent room for the price, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: shower and bathroom needs update. I stayed in a handicapped room, bathroom hasn't been updated

Liked: Convenient location. Quiet, no highway noise. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The television streaming was lousy. The breakfast was mediocre. It had enough selections, but the hot options were cold.

Pleasantly Surprised

Liked: The lobby was very inviting and the front staff friendly and helpful. The beds were the best that I've slept in since the pandemic, and I've been in quite a few hotels since then in various states. Overall, with breakfast and a good bed, I was surprised but pleased staying at my first Sleep Inn.
Disliked: Toilets are low, but most places they are the same height.

Great value, wonderful staff.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although this is not a brand new hotel and the breakfast is very limited compared to other places, the beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. The value is excellent if you are looking for a good nights rest.
Disliked: Showers are a bit slippery but water pressure is good and hot. Elevators are very slow. Neither of these would prevent me from staying here again.

Woman at the front desk...

Liked: The woman at the front desk was the best! Regretfully, I did not ask her name, I was a bit delirious from driving all day.We had booked online from the road, and it was almost midnight when we had booked. We had also used a third party booking site. After receiving our receipt email and confirmation email, we received a third email stating that there was an issue with our reservation but the hotel would do our best to accommodate us. This email didn’t sit well with me, as we had been trying for over an hour while traveling south to make a reservation. Every hotel rate online suddenly changed to double the price once we got someone on the phone at 10pm at night (I felt like I was trying to buy an umbrella in NYC during a downpour lol).We had called the front desk after receiving the third email, and the woman assured us we were fine, our reservation was in.Upon arrival, there were a couple of hiccups while checking in, but again the woman at the front desk came to the rescue. She got us checked into our rooms, and was extremely friendly and reassuring throughout the process. The rate we paid was the amount shown online, and she was very pleasant and helpful. When you’re traveling, and need to get off the road as it gets too late, the last thing you want to deal with is a head ache. She was very helpful, and I did not feel like they were taking advantage of us with their prices.
Disliked: Toilet was clogged before we used it, door handle to the room was temperamental (it was not the key card), and the bed wasn’t the best. That all being said, we needed to get off the road and needed a place to stay. Usually we tolerate south of the border, this place was a bit better. Main highlight was the staff member that helped us.
