Disliked: My daughter and I took a trip together, To Oregon my mattresses in bed I slept in was was soft and worn but just thought it wS a soft bed. My daughter got on bed she would be sleeping on and it sagged so bad that she put her 4 pillows and two of mine to try and fill in some of the sagging. This did not help it was causing her to have back pain so she slept on the floor. We called down to the office to report it, and the staff did offer for us to move rooms BUT we had already changed and had our pjs on and toiletries in shower and on cabinet, clothes laid out for today .I asked to speak to manager this morning was told she had called in today. I then asked the girl how I filed a complaint about mattress, and asked for corporate number. She informed me I could google it, I then was told she emailed receipt, I asked for a printed one and she rolled her eyes, and said her co worker offer us to move. Like I told her it would be a different story if it was faulty plumbing but that bed is not fit for anyone to sleep in and we as customers should not judge.

Exceptional

Liked: It felt like coming home from being away for 7 years. I felt the love pouring out the walls.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a switch to turn on a lamp, at the entrance, during the night and not have to worry about tripping over furniture.

In town for my sons...

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast & breakfast staff were wonderful.
Disliked: One of the two queen beds was lopsided and sloped downward towards the head of the bed. Also I asked for extra pillows. Didn’t get them.

Liked: Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Good but not great.

Liked: Room was good size, beds good.
Disliked: Only one elevator so there was often a wait. Breakfast was okay but nothing exceptional. Some noise transferred through the walls and floors so wasn’t as quiet as other places we have stayed.
