Comfortable and clean

Liked: Clean and affordable. Been here 3 times zero complaints. You can’t beat the location directly across from Walmart. If you need anything, beds are extremely comfortable. There’s a free breakfast if you choose to eat located near a many restaurants not too far from Lake George or Saratoga Springs.

The Staff are amazing, I...

Liked: The staff is wonderful and the room was comfortable, they actually upgrade me.
Disliked: The room I did got was in the back, the other people that stayed around was noisy. Plus the whirlpool didn’t work. But since it was an upgrade I was ok with just using it at a bath.

Comfortable for an over night

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The lights in the hall way over the room door were very bright and lit up the room when the room lights were off. They should dim at night time. Pillows were very small. Thankfully we brought our own. Didn’t like the smell of the spray they use in the rooms.

A place I'll never go...

Liked: I like the fact that they had a pool
Disliked: It was not a good Value hotel my bathroom door wouldn't close. The microwave didn't work. It looked like my hotel room door was open. I got two separate rooms paid for them online and when I got there, they didn't have my reservation wasn't put directly next to the children like I requested Charge me $200 extra when I got there then tried to charge me extra for a rollaway bed when they put me in rooms that they knew that did not accommodate my family
