Disliked: Had to run water for 5/6 minutes to get it warm enough to shower. Went to indoor pool and wasn't heated. The room didn't have a comfortable chair to sit on, a computer desk chair was provided.

Liked: I loved the fact that they were able to accommodate the same room I had last time. It was close to the door and easy to access. I have a bad one and they went above expectations to accommodate my needs. Definitely be back again.
Disliked: Was not informed of where vending, ice and laundry facilities were at.

Liked: honestly it was cute little hotel for being a chain hotel i excepted everything to be very cookie cutter. i’m from the area and never stayed i didn’t realize how cute this bottle place was.
