Staff did best they could...

Disliked: Needed many repairs done. Carpet needed replaced. Fixtures loose, smelly rooms

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. We were visiting family in Punta Gorda, very convenient to their home. Great restaurant down Kings Hwy called Bella Napelli Italian. Lots of stores nearby.

Liked: The property was exceptionally clean and my room smell fresh and clean. My shower and my bed was really good and comfortable
Disliked: The property was in a really great location so convenient and the Cracker Barrel is right around the corner and they serve everything you can eat. Omg the best fry chicken ever

Liked: Breakfast was good with many options. The location was convenient.
Disliked: We reserved a non smoking room, as were the other rooms on that hallway. Multiple times when leaving or coming to our room there was a heavy, distinct smell of marijuana. I hope that is normally addressed and resolved. We certainly did NOT like that the women across the hall was banging on her door to get in, where her children were left while she apparently went shopping at night. It was most ridiculous how she created quite the disturbance, went on and on, and had other guests upset and bothered.
