I was very disappointed in...

Liked: The location was within a decent distance to our destination.
Disliked: The first room we were put in had food left in the refrigerator. The tv did not turn on at all. We switched rooms and that one had no lock on the door, no shower curtain, and the cold water didn’t work at all in the sink and the only water in the sink was hot water and it was scalding from the moment it turned on so we couldn’t use the sink without our hands hurting from the high temp and no access to cold water. The tv, even though it came on, never had service to use. The handle on the door wasn’t attached securely so it wasn’t safe to close.

Disliked: The elevator was broken and people were having to drag their luggage and items up the stairs to their rooms, even elderly people and no one offered to help them from the front desk also cleaners were in the breakfast area eating and cursing loud around families

Disliked: Not being told the elevator was broken and the guy at counter,well I moved you from 3rd floor handicapped to 2nd floor DUH what part you didn't understand or see I'm handicapped can't do stairs

The cleanliness of the room...

Liked: Distance from the college we were visiting
Disliked: The room was disgusting and had previous guests’ hair, eyelashes, and unknown fluids throughout it. The room looked like it had not cleaned in quite some time and the light kept flickering when turned on.

Disliked: The beds did not look clean. The bathroom was nasty. It smelt like a dog had been in it.
