Liked: Upon arrival was informed of an out of service elevator. I’m 72 yr old with congestive heart failure . It was quite a difficult situation. Front desk explained, had no other options even after waiting for next day checkouts so that my situation would be corrected. I did check before making reservations. One other issue was lack of friction treads in tub/shower, quite slippery. The room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Little too noisy. They were cleaning and vacuuming the hall late at night. No closer to hang clothes up.
