Liked: I booked the room on Booking.com. It states that the hotel is pet-friendly. I planned to bring my dog but changed my mind at the last minute. In the lobby when I checked in there was a sign saying that the hotel is no longer pet-friendly. I complained to the desk clerk. I was given a stupid explanation that in April management changed and so did the pet policy. I want to know who in corporate was fired for not doing their job because 8 months later it is still being advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. A dissertation so I'd understand why is NOT what was needed. Truth is someone has not done their job. I am only mildly irritated that I was lied to. If I had my dog with me and was turned away... hell hath no fury... Someone needs to correct how the hotel is advertised or get a new job.
Disliked: Being lied to. A cleaning cloth was left by housekeeping in my bathroom and I flushed a bug I found in the bathtub.

Liked: Location was good. Appearance good. Breakfast good. Bed good.
Disliked: Some like soft pillows, some like firm pillows, I like firmer pillows, had to double two pillows to get that fill. Not a deal breaker, just nice to have maybe both choices in the pillows.

Liked: Great location for our purposes. Very friendly staff. Clean facilities and awesome breakfast offerings. I have stayed at this site many times and is always my first choice when in the area.
