Liked: It was clean

Disappointing

Disliked: It wasn’t clean like you would expect. We ended up bleaching down the bathroom and the room. Cause of how dirty it was. Water stains in tub with dirty marks. Shower head had nasty white buildup. floor didn’t feel swept or mopped. Stains in sink. Desk had some dirt marks , microwave also got bleached down causes of food buildup. I honestly should get paid a housekeeping fee for how dirt this was and I had to clean it. I probably won’t be back for another stay. Seem very nice at check in very up to date but outside appearance aren’t what they seem. Breakfast was disgusting sausage and eggs undercooked.

I'm no Luddite, but..

Liked: It was fine, just as most Sleep Inns are a good value for business travel.
Disliked: The Check-in. Being checked-in by a kiosk with some young man, on a computer screen, working remotely from India is a real negative. Knowing there is no one working on-site is unsettling and greatly undermines my confidence in staying at this location.

Good

Liked: The location was nice. There wasn’t too many people there and no one was obnoxiously loud until the last night of our stay
Disliked: Instead of people working at the front desk it’s a kiosk that alerts a person to pop up on the screen to check you in and or out. I was also unaware of the extra $100 fee until I arrived to the hotel and was checking in. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The beds had stains on the sheets and comforters, there were spiderwebs and dead spiders in multiple locations (the corners of the walls and behind the bed frames close the floor) and even had an alive giant spider crawling in the bathroom.

Liked: The location is great. Near to many restaurants, grocery and stores. It was clean and breakfast was okay. Nothing to complain about!

Liked: Location and the room was great. It was weird checking in by machine.
Disliked: Breakfast was short small, Saturday there wasn’t any sausage.
