Disliked: Fit and finish cleaning all need upgrading.Breakfast was dudUse of ai check in was degrading

Lacking!

Disliked: Breakfast was poor at best! Shower trickles water. Toilet was about to fall apart. Kiosk is a stupid Un needed item! Takes twice as long to check in, only one person doing the kiosk and he would be better for the customers actually I. The lobby assisting the customers! My advice is to dump the kiosk and get back to customer service!!!

Liked: Nothing. There were drug addicts crawling the property all through the night. And I am being charged for “dirty sheets and pillowcases”!!! Unbelievable! I slept a max of 6 hrs in that bed and there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG WITH THE ROOM WHEN I LEFT!

Liked: Breakfast, location and bed were all good.
Disliked: The bathroom really needs attention. It needs to be cleaned really well and the water pressure was awful. Just barely a stream. I did call for maintenance and they said that is just the way it is. I didn't like having to check in with a kiosk. I prefer a real person. I asked for a bill and they said they would email it to me. I never got it. I asked again and again, they said they would email it to me. I finally got one today, 23 October. Also, there was no attendant in the breakfast area. I spilled a cup of coffee on the floor and had to use a lot of napkins to try to clean it up as there was no attendant. Another time there was no coffee and again, no attendant.
