Disliked: When we arrived at the property they name has changed to Spark by Hilton and I did not have a reservation. Ended up paying a very high price. Very disappointing as we had a long day of traveling

Interesting new hotel option for...

Liked: The property changed into a “Spark by Hilton” hotel between my booking and arrival. Everything had just been redone, so it looked brand new.
Disliked: We weren’t impressed by the bagel bar for breakfast so we skipped it.

Disappointing

Liked: The remodel makes it feel like a new hotel but there are issues. It's right next to an HEB PLUS which is good since there's no breakfast at hotel
Disliked: NO BREAKFAST BECAUSE OF REMODEL. The room was already paid for with my card through booking.com when I checked in but the next 3 days in a row the hotel put a hold on my card, draining my acct! I'm still waiting for holds to be released and the correct amount to be charged. All the of the amounts were for more than my original payment!There was NOTHING in the closet, no hangers, no iron or ironing board, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN
