Old smell lingering in hallway;...

Liked: Password given for Wifi but it never connected. Did not find breakfast available due to remodeling..Room clean/comfortable. Coffee pot/cups not in room; requested coffee compliments to front desk and clerk delivered pot, coffee, creamer,& stirers, with positive attitude -but no cups. Called several times to request cups but desk did not answer (think he was having to handle everything himself) Called next morning for cups and they were delivered promptly and with friendly attitude. It seemed that the old smell lingered in the hallway (3rd floor). Overall, the place in undergoing a needed remodel with expected inconveniences. A+ for staff.

Disliked: The reason we picked this location was the continental breakfast that many of the nearby hotels weren’t offering. When we checked in we were told they no longer serve breakfast. The hotel is under construction so we couldn’t access amenities. The smells are strong also. We wouldn’t stay here again. If a hotel is under construction or changes their offerings, guests should be informed prior to checking in or a discount should be offered.

Very displeased with booking.com but...

Liked: I love how the checking is always smooth when I arrive, check out is the same. I love how the staff is very very accommodating and helpful. I love the fast/quick response- although I did not want to change rooms, I was glad they offered. Lastly I love how there is always fresh coffee and water bottles.
Disliked: I have been coming to this location for 6 years, my son is military and it's close to their home. I've always had excellent service and hot breakfast.We LOVE LOVE the waffles!!! I've always booked through booking.com. On this trip, I was misled, given false advertisement. The hotel was under renovation, and there was no breakfast. Keep in mind that the reservation did not mention any of this. However, the hotel clerk said it is on their website, and it is. The first room, the TV, didn't work. The second room refrigerator did not keep our food cold. At this time, I just asked for a refrigerator , and I was told they couldn't change refrigerators, I had to change rooms. I was so done. I said, "Never mind, I'm tired of moving, and they collected the key the next morning.***I miss the warm cookies***

Liked: They are doing a renovation so the property was not clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t have a bfast and the 3days I was there the elevator was out of order.

Liked: Nice rooms
Disliked: Elevators didn't work and the stairs were under construction and it was scary walking up them. They only had to breakfast bars for breakfast and when we asked if they had anymore they didn't so only 2 of us got one.
