Liked: Loud dogs barking, lady at the front desk in the morning was rude and only cared about smoking a cigarette outside the doors continuously. People slamming doors. Hardly got any sleep

Liked: Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, well stocked buffet. Room was clean with adequate towels, etc. shower worked well, plenty of hot water, etc.
Disliked: Location was fine once there but a little difficult to get to.

Liked: Breakfast is served early and accommodating to the people that work and sleep in. Everything was clean and smells amazing.

Liked: We got a room that was remodeled that we had stayed in before. Our last stay was in a room that wasn’t as nice on the 3rd floor. We were very happy to be in the same rooms and floor that we normally get in this visit. This is where we stay every time (atleast 5 times a year) to see family.

Disliked: We always stay in the same hotel to visit family. We have enjoyed the updated rooms with walk in shower and nice bathroom. We always thought it was excellent for the price. When we returned for Thanksgiving, we were given a room on the 3rd floor (we are usually on the 2nd) and the bathroom was not updated, the remote did not work, and the phone wasn’t working. We didn’t make a big deal because it was a one night stay. While the room was clean, it had a bit of a musty smell which led me to believe it is not often a room they put guests in. This is a small area in the Ohio Valley where there might not be a lot of guests to book hotels so we did not see alot of guests in the hotel or vehicles in the parking lot. I am wanting to book again because of the convenience to family, but I am hesitant because the past experiences led us to have much higher expectations than our visit in November.
