Stay was great, but after...

Liked: Liked the room and that they were adjoined. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I did not like that they never responded to my calls or the request for a refund. The reservation was paid for with cash at the hotel upon check-in, but they still charged my card on file. So, I was double-charged, and the manager was never available when I called to have the charges refunded. I didn't hear back from you about my email to the hotel asking for a refund for being charged twice for the reservation for Rooms 212 and 214.

Enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Really love the location of the hotel for what and where I needed to be. Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Loved the bed. The alarm went off, thank God nothing was wrong and hotel management handled it.
Disliked: The alarm went off, thank God nothing was wrong and hotel management handled it. Wanted a better way of communicating though by not waiting outside my room.
