Need to change top floor...
Disliked: That the top floor is only for pilots and flight attendants. So I have to hear them walking above . No right . I am just as important as they are .

Superb
Liked: Spa tub was awesome, room was big and comfortable and breakfast hot and fresh.
Disliked: Apple juice was apple flavored water, very diluted. Lots of the repairs seen were substandard but you can tell they tried

Liked: The hotel was cleaning of my room was nice bed was made bathroom was clean had a fridge in the room a microwave as well
Disliked: When we first come into the hotel the staff was chit-chatting amongst themselves at the front desk one was leaning over the desk with the phone showing the other one pictures talking in Spanish. No one knew what they were talking about except people who speak Spanish. We waited probably about 10 minutes before they looked up and said oh are you checking in I said yes I have a resurrection she said okay give me one minute she booked Us in, we went upstairs come back down went to the hot tub which didn't work outside pool is a cold pool not heated at all. The gym had dirty towels laying all over the equipment and the vending machines that were there I could never find staff up front to buy anything. As we are leaving we had the same issue there was a lady sitting at the front desk on the phone she could not speak English at all she was trying to talk to someone about a reservation pick up at the airport once again I feel like if you're going to be in customer service living in Texas in America you should be speaking English. Our hotel stay was okay but the staff here definitely needs someone who can speak English.
