Disappointed. Not up to its...

Liked: Location. Was easily accessible to the interstate. Good nearby food choices and shopping.
Disliked: It is showing its age.Broken desk chair. Desk is old and bowed. The fridge cabinet was worn and had heavy water damage. The bathroom door drug on the floor. There was mold on the sealing around the tub: floor and wall. Grease or graphite smears on the wall on bathroom door hinges . Deep chips and gouges on the corner wall near the bed.
