Housekeeping was really bad and...

Liked: beds were comfortable
Disliked: the linens/towels were stained. the carpet was very worn & stained. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was long black hair in the bathtub and the front desk girl was irritated that we asked for clean towels. She brought more stained towels so we gave up.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: When I went to check in the lady at the front was not there. I even rang the bell and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to get there. Once I entered all my information in and had already PRE checked in via phone she proceeded to tell me they don’t except chime and that I need a different card. I have always used my card and never had any issues. I told her that and she’s all well we don’t accept it and I told her well that’s all I had and I had already pre checked in o line & they charged me already. She said well go ahead then. Accepted no problem. Then we went to the room and the TV didn’t work at all. Then we went to the pool. Inside pool and it was ice cold, hot tub didn’t work either, my kids were exited to swim since it was one of their birthdays. They said in the pool for one second and came out blue, pathetic. Then we went to tell the lady at the front our tv wasn’t working & they said they’d be right there. Never showed up. I really should have gotten a discount because everything about that place was poor,

Disliked: Some of the stuff was not clean like the bathroom I cleaned it with our own personal wipes because there where stains , the comforters were ripped I had to call the front desk and let them know so they would not think it was us, but it wasn’t just like one rip it was like multiple rips in them
