Hotel Transylvania

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: The customer service was the worst id ever received from a hospitality business... There was huge bed bugs indicating an ongoing problem not a new or recent one... And the staff at the front desk is rude beyond belief... I would never willingly choose this place as a destination again... There's plenty of other places in the area...

This stay did not make...

Liked: The cost compared to others in the area but I still do not think the cost met the quality of the facilities. The staff however were pleasant and met you with a smile.
Disliked: There were stains everywhere in the room. The floor felt sticky. Their “system” was down so they were taking down people’s information on a piece of paper. Not very secure at all. The door to the pool area was non functional. The breakfast was mediocre. Minimal selection.
