Liked: We had an issue with our shower and we were moved immediately to another room. They were prompt about it. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: I think the breakfast could have been a little bit better. The yogurt was expired by 1 day. And I wished that they had lids for the coffee cups available. That way those of us who are traveling can carry a cup to go. Overall I was pleasantly impressed.

Disliked: Breakfast was cold(bacon,eggs,) biscuit was cold and crumbled apart in my hands..couldn't butter it, it was a $30 each extra for pet cleaning $177.00) total for room with 2 small dogs and the room smelt musty and like they never cleaned the room that had dogs before us..and the room was very small..soooo disappointed for what we had to pay..would not recommend..stay at a KOA campground that has cabins and doesn't chage a crazy fee for pets..
