Poor quality stay in a...

Liked: Location of the hotel was very solid. Quickly could get onto I-10 and go to local venues easily. Checking in and out was relatively easy; lady at the counter was very helpful.
Disliked: A lot. The cleanliness of the hotel room was minimal. Floors, walls, chairs, curtains were stained in somewhat way or form. Bathroom was awful. Mildew in a few spots along with a lot of grime and black spots in the bathtub. Walls and door had paint and surfaces peeling off to the point where it could not be ignored. Room service was unable to assist me in getting a bath mat or something to cover the grime on the shower floor. Bugs were present in the coffee cups provided by the hotel room.
