Liked: Very clean and quiet room. The front desk reps were helpful and polite.

Liked: The front desk staff was outstanding as usual, especially Kimica. They were all very courteous and accommodating! Whenever I’m in Jacksonville this is were I always stay.

Adequate but not excellent

Liked: We had to change rooms because the A/C unit was leaking water into the room. TV volume didn’t work and there was no guide. Overall comfortable, but the construction of this place seemed to lack quality assurance. Things installed hastily and crooked. Ironing board was small, only about 30” high.

Liked: Friendly staff. Anything I needed,I could just ask. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The website said it was pet friendly, but it wasn't, so I had to pay extra, but it was the motels fault

Overall the stay was ok.

Liked: I liked the breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like how I made notes on my stay to be facing pool view and when inquired I was told the pool isn’t open and if I want to look at something, I was sure to see action out my window in parking lot. It was a simple request I thought. I also found a couple hairs in my tub, I called front desk twice to ask about channel lineup and a/c but got no answer each time that night, nor was I called back.
