Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Found a roach on the wall in our room. Pool was way too crowded a lot of kids not supervised. Chlorine was so high eyes burned just walking in.

Liked: The staff the hotel everything was good. The only problem we had was the customers. There was huge loud obnoxious groups that kept us from sleeping. Which wasn't the hotel's faults. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Everything.

Liked: The waterpark
Disliked: I booked a smoked free room, and my room smelt horrible. I did spray my owm room freshener, and it didn't help with the smell at all. I asked the staff for spray, and they didn't have any spray. They said they would bring something to help and never checked or came by my room. The room smelt awful as if someone smoked cigars in the room. The room next door and upstairs were very loud, and we're jumping all over the place. I get it the hotel is more for the children, but when it's past 11pm and you are trying to get rest, and nobody says or does anything about it. I didn't get any sleep due to the noise.

Liked: The pool area was nice for young children. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure/temperature in the bathrooms, and the breakfast was overall good.
Disliked: Pool was over chlorinated, didn’t have enough pillows or blankets for my king suite, broken microwave and fridge temperature gauge.

Fun and enjoyable!

Liked: Enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful! Nice facility!
Disliked: Hot tub was out of order. But we understand that break downs can occur.

Disliked: Customer service was terrible and rude! Water park is disgusting, water pouring out of the light under the canopy, open outlet junction boxes with exposed wires, IN THE WATER PARK!
