Liked: Initially, I would like to express gratitude to the hotel for warmly receiving my family and me with open arms upon our arrival. Despite my fatigue and discomfort from the wind, they provided exceptional care and comfortable accommodations on the most pleasant floor. The ladies' hospitality was impressive, and their friendliness made me feel like old friends.Not to mention Lady Vicky, who oversees the indoor swimming pool, was amazing; the kids loved her, as she demonstrated patience and trust with each individual, clearly exemplifying expertise in her role, certainly deserving of recognition and a raise. 99.99% star
Disliked: My draw wouldn't stay close so I kept my clothes in my suitcase

Liked: The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and pools! Small enough for parents to relax and allow kiddos to explore but big enough to accommodate ages 3-10
Disliked: The sofa bed we had in our room had visible coffee stains. We were provided a mattress protector and extra bedding but unfortunately didn’t get another mattress

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Took a while for anyone to come to the desk. Our room was dirty; not vacuumed from previous people, fridge and microwave had dried frosting on it, ground beef and shredded cheese underneath the garbage bag in the bathroom garbage and a leftover toy and cleaning rag in the room. Pool area was disappointing for the price.

Liked: It was comfy and clean . Had the cutest little water park. I'd say ages 1-8 would totally love it.
Disliked: Didn't like the other guests. They had a high rate of low class guest. As soon as you pull in the parking lot, multiple people out smoking and drinking on the curb in front of the hotel. Hand some a$$hat next door banging, pounding & kicking the door to get in @ 4am , FOR OVER AN HOUR ! Finally called front desk. And they said oh "we know who it is ." As if this is an ongoing problem. Um, excuse me, kick them to the curb.
