Disliked: Hallway leading to room had a foul smell that lingered to our room, stains on wall, toilet was not cleaned well.

Disliked: The door cards wouldn’t work. Had to go three times to front desk and change cards. They still didn’t work. My wife or I made sure one of us was in the room in order to get back in the room.

Liked: Loved the room, and the hotel looked nice.
Disliked: We didn't even get to use the hot tub due to children hogging it, jumping off the walls (literally) their parents DRINKING alcohol in the hot tub and wouldn't leave. Tried coming back later In the day and some how THEY WERE STILL THERE. We tried telling staff but they just looked at us like we were stupid. Tried also asking for a trolly to take our stuff from the 4TH FLOOR very tip top of the whole hotel. Since there were not any I didn't know if they had any at all. So I asked and she doesn't move she just looks over the counter and says yeah we have none right now probably being used or something. I try asking if there were some maybe just left on a floor and she just goes I don't know I'm here at the desk. I go alright thanks soooooo much for your help. And I take myself on every floor to look for one and not a single one. By the time we struggled with all of our luggage there was a darn trolly as we were walking out the door. Do better to help your customers please. Especially if they are from out of STATE. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY that we had to pay due to not even being helped or being able to use any of the amenities.

Totally disgusted!!

Disliked: Room and hallways smelled like smoke covered with Febreeze. Sink in bathroom had almost no water. Carpet was filthy
