Uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: The elevator was broken the entire time had to carry my own luggage up the stairs to the second floor. IThia was unacceptable. I felt I should be compensated especially since I had already paid for this!!

Staff is top notch

Liked: The staff were phenomenal! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working, but the staff helped with getting our belongings to and from our room.
Disliked: Elevator was out

The room was too expensive...

Liked: Wasn’t worth the price at all… Roach traps in bathroom elavator wasn’t working … After 15 hours on the road we did not want to take the stairs… The chair in the room should be in the trash… I’ve stayed in way better places for $140 a night… Definitely wasn’t a 4 or 3 star…
