Very good

Liked: Great location for what we were in Texas for. Just 5 mins away from our family’s home there. Staff was exceptional!
Disliked: Breakfast was kinda generic, in my opinion. Could use some more choices and better choices to begin your day. Room was nice and clean but tv was on opposite side of room from bed. Lighting wasn’t good or bright enough. Curtains had mold on the bottom from condensation I assume from the AC and window.

Disappointing

Liked: the beds were firm but comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast that is provided was not what I expected for the price of the room, when I book that is one thing I look at, but it was only a waffle maker and cereal or oatmeal, for the quality that I have had in the past for other Sleep Inns this one failed in that field. Also their windows do not keep the sounds out, and the building next door had an alarm going off the entire time.

Great value for the money.

Liked: Breakfast was great - loved the bacon/egg biscuits. I had a lovely time in the hot tub. I noticed that someone was there giving swim lessons to some kids - what a great idea to utilize the pool that way! We stayed right up till the last minute we could check out so I could work in the morning, and the staff was very understanding and courteous about this. Location was very convenient to getting around Waco.

Liked: It did the job. Nothing special, rooms are a bit dated but the bed was not bad. We were visiting friends in the area and it was a convenient spot in that regard. A little pricier than I would hope but as is everything these days. They do have a hot tub and pool which was a bit better than average.

Disliked: Signage was not very visible. Thanks entrance sign next to the drive is way to small to mark the entrance and we drove by it twice before finally seeing it
